Cordell leads Wildlands Robotics’ vision, product roadmap, and strategy. A seasoned mechanical engineer and software developer, he brings deep expertise in CAD, mechanical design, and .NET software development. Cordell is the driving force behind our controller app, developing core functionality in C++, C#, and .NET MAUI. He’s also a hands-on builder, assembling prototypes and translating ideas into field-ready hardware with speed and precision.

CO-FOUNDER & CTO

Maurilio oversees the design, prototyping, and engineering of our robotics systems. With a background in mechanical design, full-cycle product development, and design for manufacturing (DFM), he ensures that every concept we build is not just functional, but scalable and manufacturable. Maurilio bridges the gap between concept and execution, and like any great startup CTO, he’s elbows-deep in prototyping, refining systems for real-world deployment.

COO & INTERIM CFO

Michelle leads operations, financial strategy, and manufacturing systems. With a background in mechanical and manufacturing engineering, Michelle brings over five years of experience in new product introduction (NPI), project management, and process development. Her expertise in streamlining operations and executing product lifecycles is instrumental in scaling Wildlands Robotics’ solutions for wildfire mitigation.
